So, I might as well point out that I got 10k pageviews. c: I had a picture planned, but I havn't been drawing all that much, to be honest. |3 But, I would like to thank each and every one of my watchers for the incredible support these past 5 years, and to all that ever favorited a piece. I have been fortunate to not have to plow through the drama that does have the tendency to go on here, and just have my own little corner of dA where people can come browse through my gallery or chat with me. It's been a great 5 years, and I don't regret a single moment of it, and I plan to have another few great years of drawing and art and dA and good friends here. c:

That being said, I might as well update you as to what goes on in my life. I've been at my job for two months, and I still love every bit of it. I have a car I make payments on, I pay rent, and as soon as I get my permit i'll be responsible for paying for it's insurance. Crazy to think it feels like just yesterday I was running around in the playground with my friends playing dodgeball or butts-up, or something... o.o Yet it's nothing bad as far as I can see in my life... I like a guy, I love my job, no problems, no.. Nothing, really. xD

So, cheers to all of you, who made my time here worth while! And i'll post something here within the next few days.

My tablet... Literally just stopped working. Died. Kaput. I'll unplug it and see what's wrong with it, but it says that it's... malfunctioning. Or something. So... Please bear with me in this time of.. Non... art?

Even if it did work, I'm afraid I don't have much time to draw anymore. It's a real disappointment to me, since for the past few day i've come home, done a quick skim of my mail, deleted all but a couple deviations [I'm REALLY sorry guys] and gone to bed. Then get up early the next morning, go to work, and it starts all over again.
Since, I might have forgotten to tell you, I finally got a job. o:

The mighty Cinder is now a proud employee of the Starbucks Corporation.
... So pretty much I get make people coffee and clean things. But it's not so bad, I love where I work since I work with some great people, and it's a great all around job, and one i've wanted to get into for years. Since I love the atmosphere of coffee houses, but i'm slowly starting to learn I liked it MUCH better on the other side of the counter, somewhat.

I've heard that people treat those in the fast food industry like the dirt they walk on. Now, i've never doubted it, though i've always tried to be patient with any fast food place I go to since I know they're busy with 10 billion other orders than mine, but man... I've come to find I really had no idea until I've worked at the counter. I've got some of the nastiest looks because... Let's face it, i'm new, i've never worked an honest job in my life, and now that I have, I work at a very busy Starbucks. And people are picky with what they order. It wouldn't be so bad if they didn't treat me like that because I have no fucking clue how to get them their friggin coffee with ten-billion add-ons or subtractions, and I don't know how to put that into a register efficiently enough when they're running 8 other orders at me at the speed of buzz lightyear. Seriously.
And I kid you not, I got yelled at today, literally yelled at, because a customer thinks 'our cups aren't thick enough'. Sorry asshole, I only sell the coffee, not make the damn product it comes in. I'm following rules, live a day on this side of the counter.

I suppose it's not all bad. I've still met some great customers [one guy was even kidding around with me about the asshole who has a personal problem with our cups].
And a word of advice, from someone who works there. We CAN here you when you're at the drive through, even if you're not ordering. We WILL laugh at you and talk about you if you're talking about getting 300 dollar hookers with your buddy on the phone later. I suppose I really will learn everything at Starbucks.

I'll be working with Jainee a little bit more, to help stop her biting. And maybe getting her some wood blocks will help. o: That's what I aim for.
